During the service downtime, users will see a page inviting them to try again once the countdown has expired.
The SKYTOOL update on 3 November 2025 will include:
– improvements/FIXES to the Backoffice/API UX
— Added API endpoint (pricecheck) to allow issuance in the case of “instant booking” even in the event of price changes caused by the payment method used (LowCost with price changing depending on the credit card used for payment)
— Modified API endpoint for ancillary management before PNR creation
– Improvements/fixes to the B2C front office UX
– Improvements/fixes to functionality
