SKYTOOL is a platform OPEN to third-party integration, whether they are providers of complementary online services or developers of online applications that require secure and agnostic access to the consolidator’s flight products managed in SKYTOOL (GDS, NDC, LCC).
SKYTOOL is therefore equipped with several sets of APIs to manage the various possibilities for integration with third parties.
API for “external user authentication” to SKYTOOL with or without Identity SERVER
API for “receiving and sending notifications to and from other online applications” (e.g., insurance policy creation, real-time PNR capture)
API for “application development” that makes use of access to product sources (GDS, NDC, LCC) used by the consolidator (e.g. applications for creating tourist packages that must include a flight).
